Can I customize my event package?

Yes! Each package is flexible. You can mix and match items like tablecloths, chair covers, bakery items, and decorations to fit your style and guest count.

Can I get more guests than the package allows?

Absolutely. Packages are designed for a certain guest count, but additional guests can be accommodated for an extra fee based on table settings, bakery items, and favors.

Can I choose different materials, sizes, or colors for my rentals?

Yes! You can select from our full range of materials, colors, and sizes. Pricing will adjust according to your selections to reflect material and size differences.

Are the bakery items included in the package customizable?

Yes! Our bakery treats—cakes, cupcakes, pretzels, Oreo pops, and more—can be customized in size, flavor, and decoration to match your theme.

Do the packages include set-up and tear-down?

For full-service packages, yes. Our team will handle all setup and styling. If you only rent items without full service, you’ll be responsible for returning items in the same condition.

Can I combine packages or upgrade later?

Yes! You can start with one package and upgrade or add elements as your event plans evolve.

What happens if items are damaged or missing?

All rentals must be returned in their original condition. Damaged or missing items will incur a replacement fee based on material and item type.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for smaller packages and 6–8 weeks for larger events, especially if you want custom bakery items or elaborate decorations.
